More Virgo and Pisces planets, which I am bored with ! Our continuing problem lies with Pluto opposition the U.S. Venus, as well as Presidents Obama’s Venus. The combination continues to cause havoc with out financial positions.! Labor Day coming up and “we have no labor/jobs !
New Moon in Virgo at 15 degrees, 41 minutes on September 8 at 6:30 am (EDT). With the Sun and Moon
conjunct in Virgo, the emphasis here is on the details of life
which brings us back to earth after the preceding Venusian period.
Virgo manages all of the matters required by life in a body: our
physical health, creating order in our life, using a discriminating
eye to select the areas of our life that are not really good enough,
and finding ways in which they can be improved.
Pluto is virtually at a standstill now in preparation for its change
of direction later in September, so its influence is powerful
throughout the month. Pluto represents the power of destruction and
regeneration, forcing us to recognize anything in our life that
doesn’t serve our higher purpose. Pluto will be there to remind us
throughout September that even though the intensity of the cardinal
alignments is fading, we must still be open to surrender where
necessary in order to continue to evolve. Once Pluto turns direct on
September 14th we will start to see more movement in our lives.
This is the last month of the cardinal alignments, or “cardinal drama” as I have been describing them. From now on we have a few quiet astrological months which will help us to prepare for next year’s big Uranus/Pluto square!!

We are now dealing with the fall-out of Saturn squaring Pluto,/ Cardinal T-Square and will feel the repercussions of this for years to come ! I have been “mixed-up”–”Lost the Planets”–in the last week ! Mercury Retro has not been a help either. Signs have moved forward and Retro, until it has been again a time of “who is on first”.. “where are we” ? We are receiving mixed messages too, every where! Still battling the New Path–with Old Plans !
I hope the Jupiter/Uranus calendar will help us all..
It has been the final round for Saturn square Pluto. The bout between Saturn
in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn first occurred on November 15, 2009,
then was revisited earlier this year on January 31st, and finally, the
last of their knock down, drag out fight happened on August 21st.
Saturn remains in a tight opposition with Jupiter in Aries, who also
tightly squares Pluto. This Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto alignments form a
Cardinal T-square. Throw Uranus in there too. !
Saturn (reality/hard work), Pluto (elimination/transformation), Uranus
Uranus (awakening/revolution) and Jupiter (ideals/opportunities)
(awakening/revolution) and Jupiter (ideals/opportunities). During the
last days of July, Mars (aggression/action) joins in on the fun as he
enters Libra, blends energies with Saturn and mimics the alignments
Saturn makes (opposing Jupiter and Uranus while also square Pluto).
And in early August, Venus (relationships/money) also enters Libra and
makes the same alignments Mars

* 5/27/2010 Uranus moves to Aries
* 6/6/2010 Jupiter moves into Aries (URANUS and Jupiter mixing in Aries)
* 8/13/2010 Uranus backed into Pisces again
* 9/8/2010 Jupiter backs into Pisces (AGAIN Jupiter and Uranus mix
in Pisces)
* 1/22/2011 Jupiter is back into Aries again mixing with Uranus
* 3/11/2011 Uranus now is in Aries until May 15, 2018
* 4/4/2011 Neptune enters Pisces (the sign which it rules)
* 6/4/2011 Jupiter enters Taurus and begins to leave behind
supersizing change (Uranus)

Now more fun begins! As if we did not have enough planets going
retrograde, we get Mercury too !
Mercury goes retrograde as it does approximately every 4 months. It
begins on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 12:59pm PDT and is located at 19°
of Virgo. It will retrograde back to 5° of Virgo, and turns direct
on September 12, 2010.
Little things get snarled up, confusion and frustration emerges.
Anything involving communications, technology, short
trips and journeys, can be affected. It is not the time for new
plans, new projects. Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.. Reflect on your life, perfect what you have and be ready after September 12th.
Our next turn for Mercury Retro is Saturday, December 10, 2010 through Thursday, December 30, 2010, Just in time to cause havoc with our Holidays !
Aug 12
Here we go again! The planets are still on a roll !
Jupiter and Saturn oppose each other on August 16th 2010
Jupiter pulls us toward all things More, Bigger, Expansion, Hope and
Optimism and on the other, Saturn pulls toward Less, Limitations,
and Practical Realities and Stalling.
Putting the Lid on Life.. Oppositions are always about checks and balances,
about the extremes of one perspective being offset and restrained
by the extremes of another.. The Combo
increases our Impatience and Frustrations.. It is a real “Push/Pull” feeling.
We need to enhance our Employment/Jobs and still try and keep the Deficit down.
So far, we just have another quagmire !

In 2010 we are reaching the half way point, the opposition. The
opposition represents the middle of the present cycle which began in
2000. Jupiter and Saturn make three oppositions in two pairs of signs.
The three 2010-2011 Jupiter-Saturn oppositions are:
1: 23 May 2010 at 28 Pisces-Virgo,
2: 16 Aug 2010 at 2 Aries-Libra; and
3: 28 Mar 2011 at 14 Aries-Libra.

Changes———————————————————-
Nothing is still
In this fast changing world,
Days change and seasons change,
So change the hues of variegated sky;
Fogs thin as day brightens
And warmth packs the Earth and sky;
New lands rise from dark horizons,
New shines flash, new lamps light,
A flood of changes seize the world
And new world unfolds.
The old world gives way to new world
In the splendours of a warm day,
New heavens of unmeasured breadth
Surface from nowhere,
New wings shoot to raise sky high
And sunshine pursues footsteps;
Doors unlock paths to dear dreams,
Where no fence parts life from dreams;
Pure light is the charm of change
That lifts ill-struck to a blessed world.
Blessings come from all sides
In floods and windfalls,
All clouds part and dissolve
To unfold pure Heaven in unending light;
Nothing remains the same thereafter,
Neither the frozen mood nor the limping hours,
Nor recurring shocks of heart-break,
For, the changed world is a world apart
Where all, in an upward surge,
Lits eternity to a familiar land.
Fortunes change the land ‘neath the feet,
The moods of the sky overhead,
The hues of the air, the shades of the light,
The tunes, birds spread early in the dawn;
For, fortunes change soul,
The notes of its subtle songs,
Sights change, tastes change, musics change,
Warmth and scent, even emotions change,
Though nothing changes but the time’s cycle,
All is in change to create new world.

We will have to find a “Rhythm” to all these planet transits, and have as little frustrations to our lives, as we can. It is another Meditation Time or take Excedrin !
All of this it credited to Lynn Hayes, Astrologer..
Jupiter and Uranus are opposing Mars, the ruler of Aries, and Mars adds fuel to the fire and intensifies the flames. However, Saturn is also tightly enmeshed in this planetary combination, restricting and solidifying and demanding accountability, creating a “two steps forward, one step back” effect. Mars and Saturn are both in Libra, where the aggression of Mars tends to become more passive and less openly assertive as Mars needs to be.
This sense of a “herky jerky dance” will last throughout the first week of August and is exacerbated by a square from Jupiter to Pluto that culminates on the 3rd of August but is felt a week or so beforehand. Jupiter seeks expansion and positive good fortune, and also helps us to construct a sense of meaning in our lives. The square from Pluto challenges all of our assumptions and forces us to face areas in our lives where we are not as powerful as we would like to think we are.
Mars is involved in that Jupiter/Pluto drama as well, accentuating our personal needs and desires and potentially running into frustration if our desires are not immediately satisfied. This is a potentially explosive time with a great deal of energy flying about. Any blockages are reminders that desire (Mars) must be accompanied by planning (Saturn) and aligned with our highest good (Pluto) in order to truly change our life (Jupiter/Uranus).
Any resistance to change will be futile now. Saturn’s influence is strong and will ensure that change comes slowly and methodically. Learning to fall into a rhythm that vacillates between energetic excitement (Jupiter/Uranus) and working through blocks and obstacles (Saturn and Pluto) will help us to utilize this time most effectively.

August will be intense for us. The planets are lining up to cause future challenges. The heat of summer, turmoil of the financial markets, aggressions of rogue countries, Immigration troubles, will not make smooth sailing for a usual lazy summer month. This will be no vacation times….
———————————————————————————————————-
August’s Top Five Astro-Events
1. Mars opposes Jupiter and squares Pluto on the 3rd, completing the
warrior planet’s spectacular march through the most intense outer
planet alignment since the mid-1960s. The battle lines are being drawn
under this influence as global economic, political, and environmental
stakes are debated at the highest levels. Personal goals take a back
seat to historic geopolitical shifts.
2. The U.S. progressed Moon conjoins natal Neptune on the 8th, likely
bringing a culmination of the BP oil spill disaster. After this point,
we know what the damage is and what the risk is going forward. Also,
since Neptune squares Mars in the U.S. chart, military tension along
the hostile interfaces will likely increase, ushering in a wave of
uncertainty.
3. Venus conjoins Mars on the 20th, but these two love planets are a
major influence from the 8th to 30th as they travel together through
Libra. New romances may start during this phase, or those in committed
partnerships may rekindle their intimacy. Stale relationships may fall
victim to romantic triangles or disintegrate as new possibilities open
up.
4. Jupiter and Saturn oppose each other on the 16th while this
polarity is ½º from squaring Pluto. This unusually tight T-square
formation most likely represents severe economic problems, since
they’re all aligned with the U.S. Venus. Anyone with a prominent natal
planet in the early degrees of Cardinal signs will likely be going
through a major life transition.
5. Saturn squares Pluto on the 21st, the third and final passage of
this highly conservative, nationalistic vibe. The GOP and Tea Party
enthusiasts will probably be in their best position heading into the
November election. However, Mercury turning retrograde on the 20th may
lead to some mis-statements or outrageous claims that backfire on the
campaign trail.

Jupiter squares Pluto on the 25th, “” Today “” and is a strong influence on the U.S. Venus. There are more struggles..
Some financial reforms are already being concluded and implemented. There is a false sense of
financial growth with the Jupiter influence. And the financial reforms are not strong enough.
There is a Full Moon on July 26, 2010 at 3 degrees of Aquarius.
Saturn opposes Uranus on the 26th, but will have a lasting effect all
month.
This combination is the last of five between these two. We will still be
fighting the old establishment for new ideas and new innovations. Opportunities will be laid out for us to see why we cannot keep old tired plans. They are not working for the people of the U.S. and the world.
Uranus turns direct on December 6th, 2010 at 26 degrees of Pisces and does not enter Aries again until March 13, 2011.. We have to still go through set-backs, hassles, arguments until March 2011, before we see any aggressive action for change. There will be more talk and no action until them.. This is too long to wait…!!

While watching another Senate Confirmation Hearing, the Saturn/Uranus opposition finally comes into coherent focus ! The old established plans keep holding us back.
We will have to live with the cautions and frustrations of Saturn and Retro planets until the end of this year. I know, it took years to get to this point and more years to get out !
The path we are on, will fail, until we finally open up our minds and actions….

I don’t believe one grows older. I think that what happens early on in
life is that at a certain age one stands still and stagnates.

Saturn is at the end of its transit in Virgo and will enter Libra on Wednesday, July 21 at 8:09am PDST. As it does so, it immediately moves into an opposition with Jupiter and Uranus in Aries.
Saturn is holding us back more now than ever right now.

An interesting project to do, is to look back and see how Saturn in Libra affected you in its past transit ? I was dealing with the passing of a husband and the balancing the joint finances ! It all worked out well, and I expect this transit to do the same ? Uranus will throw us some curves, but we will hurdle those diversions, as well !
Saturn in Libra is best described by the Justice card in the
Rider-Waite Tarot deck: Armed with the scales of justice in one hand
and the sword of power in the other. With Saturn in Libra, justice
and balance are required and they may come with a price.
In any matter with which Saturn becomes involved, he does not give
success easily. It must be earned, and the Saturnian qualities of
discipline, hard work and achievement must be utilized. This will be
particularly important when Saturn and Pluto face off in a square
formation.
Saturn´s nature is tireless. Saturn is constructive. Venus likes
things that are beautiful and serve to make life happier for people.
So in Libra Saturn is given tools that Venus approves of; sometimes
these are artistic tools; instruments, paint, colour, and the product
of which raises humanity out of filth and into civilization, because
these things are all designed to please others. But Saturn also has a
great affinity with defenses, with building things in order to defend
his tradition, family and culture. Saturn in this respect will erect
buildings that are beautiful, that encourage others to feel both
admiration and respect.
Pluto can destroy things, or at least make things appear to be destroyed.
Remember the idea of “from the ashes”, it´s cliche, but it seems to
be the appropriate keynote for Pluto transits.
The fact that Pluto is in Capricorn in any case will give Saturn and
any planets in
early Libra the upper hand. Pluto will be forced to co-operate,
something that rarely ever happens.
