The Moon emerges in Libra at 7:22am EDT  and immediately begins to make  her way to the Full Moon event at 9 degrees 17 minutes by  the end of this day.
 

 This Full Moon in Libra is intensified by a cold square with Pluto and
 conjunction of Saturn for the next few days.  Pluto involves, again,
 transformation, demanding honesty and changes.
  With the Sun in Aries, concentrating on self,  and Moon in Libra
  trying to consider others, we will attempt a delicate balancing act
 of the two, and that challenging Pluto in Capricorn,  will  make major
 changes  inevitable, in the near future
 With the Saturn, Moon conjunction, people can be very cold and
 calculating.  It can be a time when only “correct/right  laws” are considered
 without emotional ties.  This will affect the U.S. natal chart in the 10th House with Sagittarius rising chart or the 4th House of the Gemini rising chart.   Either chart – causes turmoil with our Government or our home.   It affects our roots, I believe.

The bombing of the trains by female (Moon) with  coldness (Saturn), I believe is an example of Saturn/Moon conjunctions.  Russia’s Pluto is 5 degrees 19 minutes of Cancer, which Transiting  Pluto is conjuncting  at this time.    This will transform Russia’s view of terroristic acts, plus other dealings in their society. 
This is a grim time, but all of this will start stronger progress and better days ahead, as we change our attitudes and policies, towards each other….Uranus in Aries, is still to come and shake us upside down, with Mars/Aggressive energies, but, I am hoping we will learn with time, that wars and violence,  are not the answer !

I am running today, so will rely on the thoughts of a “real astrologer”.  I was never good at running and thinking at the same time !  

We have some challenging months ahead of us.

 Pluto  retrogrades on April 6th at 5 degrees
  then goes direct on September 14th at 2 degrees, and ends
 the year at 5 degrees

 Saturn commences at 4 degrees of Libra, goes retro on January 13th at
 4 degrees, retros back into Virgo on April 7th, goes Direct on May
 30th, goes back into Libra on July 21st, and ends the year at 16 of
 Libra.

 Pluto and Saturn are the taskmasters of the zodiac. They don’t let us
 get away with anything. Saturn manifests the emotional blocks which
 keep us from moving forward, which Pluto triggered the in the past,
 which we sent underground, challenging us to grow, throwing us into
 the fires of transformation.

  This moment is known as the vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

  an event which occurs but twice a year,  the one
  marking the astrological beginning of spring and the other the
 ending of summer.   It marks the beginning of the
 new astrological year, as the Sun enters the first degree
  of Aries, the Ram.

 The death of the old year and the rebirth of the new has been
 celebrated for centuries, on or around the spring equinox,
. Aries is the sign of the exaltation of the Sun, for it marks the
 time.

A great time to think of spring,  new flowering of  paths to make and follow.

 The New Moon at 25°10′ Pisces on March 15   occurs @ 5:01:02 pm EST
  New Moons can bring new energy, focusing on opening up new paths, new cycles, and
  closing all that is holding us back. Bringing old ways of thinking to
 closure.

  Pisces deals with illusions and delusions, and we can be  tested , as
 Pisces rules the Twelfth House. We are under continuing delusions, right now, being fed to us by our Media.  But Pisces, brings out our imaginations and compassions too.
 I always believe music, has Pisces influence, as it is a Universal Language, and brings us Unversal Harmony.

 This New Moon is a part of a tight  stellium, occurring in Pisces,
 between the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus. As these hopes and Piscean dreams
 blend energies, with  our minds (Mercury) thinking, communications
 become awakened,  by startling, electrifying (Uranus) to  our
 emotions, (Moon ) and  our character and being, (Sun), we should reach
 a connection for what is good and needed for the World.

 Pisces, also rules sacrifice, and that is what might be needed before
 we can go on the innovative, explosive forces of Aries/Mars in the
 next cycle.  Sacrificing old fears, letting go of our old ideas,
  and realizing, we have to have new dreams.

Jupiter trines the U.S. Sun,  but I feel the beneficial effects will not be lasting, because Pluto continues to oppose the U.S. natal Venus.  Until our economic woes are addressed, we will continue to feel uneasy.  We  have to realize who are our true allies are, also.    It will take the Aries/Mars  blasts to open us up and  let the chips fall, where they may !

Mars finally turns direct today, and will remain in Leo  until June 7, 2010.  I do not have time to elaborate today, because I have to get started with my own forging ahead of projects.   We will see more aggressive tendencies of Israel, Afghanistan and India with its Aquarian planets that Mars will oppose.  World leaders with Leo planets, Obama, Netanyahu, and Hugo Chavez will push their own agendas, to name a few.
Our SOS, Hillary should be on a rampage too.   We will see some action in moving world agenda’s along,  which some are needing some prodding.  Progressive movement,  is welcome, as long as it is held in check, and without arrogance and an over-load of warrior antics.

We will have some major shifts in planets within the next week. 
Uranus, the new ruler of Aquarius, will do its job, of upsetting the status quo and energizing
all of us.  We are in the midst of Venus/Uranus conjunction now and the new Moon on March 15th,  will also have Mercury/ Sun/ Uranus conjunction.  To further cause excitement, Venus transits into Aries on March 7th, and Mars finally turn direct on March 10th.
I believe the students protesting is a direct result of the commotion of the planets.
That they are are protesting the increase of the monetary hikes in tuition, is caused by the Venus/Uranus connection.   There should be an increase in these protests, as we move along until the end of March.  Mercury/Uranus conjunctions is an indicator, of the intellect-student, making these protests.  The Sun/Uranus conjuction will be the Awakener, that Aquarius is, to wanting more freedom of expression, and bringing the education problems for all the country to be aware of. 
I think this is fantastic.  For this country, to again, put more burdens on the student and education in general, is just another one of those “outrageous acts”.  As Mars turn direct, we will see more protests, and some have turned violent already.  I hope we can keep a cool head,
let our frustrations be heard loud and clear, without more deadly violence.
But I believe, all of this is a prelude, of what is to come, when Uranus starts its trek through Aries.    It is not only the “right wingers”, and “tea baggers” that have had enough.  We have to include now, the average citizens, that are disgusted, with the decisions made for us.

 
The Governments concentration on War, and all that goes with it,  has reached out of balance proportions !  Uranus, the Awakener, is about to upset that old  “apple cart” of the staus-quo.
