We needed a change, and I borrowed this from Neptune Cafe…..
This looks like more dangerous times, in our period of time in our History. With a Scorpio Full Moon, opposite the Sun in Taurus and dealing with Pluto in Capricorn, also. Normally, I am in love with Mars in Leo, but this time, it sets off too many squares and conjunctions with “rogue” countries and Leaders. It could have a profound effect on their “over zealous” egos.
The full Moon in Scorpio occurs on Wednesday April 28, 2010. at 5:18am.
Scorpio full Moons can be intense and passionate, when the waters
are deep and this one is doubly so, due to all the planets activating
this lunation. The Scorpio Moon
is opposite the Taurus Sun who is conjunct retrograde Mercury. This
is the midpoint to the Mercury retrograde cycle that often coincides
with insights and aha moments related to what this Mercury retrograde
journey is about for us personally and collectively. Since the full
Moon often brings things to light we have a double whammy in which
deep, dark secrets can be revealed, but so can insight and wisdom into
situations in our lives. This full Moon is square Mars which adds
intensity, drive, willfulness and perhaps a bit of aggression. Full
Moon realizations this month can get out of hand if you don’t keep a
handle on your ego energies. Stay out of conflict!

| This is “big time” and time to put the show on stage !
Our first Saturn/Uranus conjunction was on November 8, 2009. We
elected a “Uranian Type” President, who in turn, established an
Administration and appointees with “Old Saturn Type ” individuals. My
opinion, is that we started out wrong! We have finally reached the
point where these two different ideals are clashing.
The fourth, and next-to-last opposition of the planets of order and
chaos occurs on April 26 2010, is in Virgo/Pisces, at 28 degrees.
It builds pressure to radically change old systems and break down
walls of fear and resistance.
Don’t try to hang onto something that is worn out.
April 26 occurs while Saturn is retrograde and Uranus is moving forwards.
In theory this suggests that the radical side wins. We should experience
some broad new changes.
For the first time in years, the people are more dissatisfied and
angry about our Government. The hostilities are growing everyday to
have new systems in place.
They want the old incumbents in Congress replaced. This is the
beginnings of a real revolt!
The July 26 opposition at zero degrees Aries/Libra is super powerful,
occurring at a Full Moon and when Jupiter and Pluto are exactly square
at 3 Aries/Capricorn. So Jupiter and Uranus are conjunct in the first
degrees of Aries, Saturn is opposite them both in Libra, and both ends
of this opposition square onto Pluto. Jupiter amplifies whatever it
touches; Pluto intensifies. Mars is buzzing along to join the party by
July 29 at 0 degrees Libra. And on July 31 the Moon hits 0 degrees
Aries.
I added July 26, 2010, so that we would be aware, that we have not herd the last of Saturn/Uranus. We are in for more chaos, and radical behavior from the American people. That might mean us too ! |

No matter what ? The heading need a new change too !
New Moon at 24 degrees Aries (6:29 a.m. on
Wednesday, April 14), and this is the official Grand Opening kick-off
This Aries New Moon brings themes related to the struggle for survival
of the self and our personal identities, exactly as they are.
It brings high energy and spirits for
all new endeavors and independent projects.
The New Moon in Aries is the true beginning of the astrological year. It’s a time for taking initiative and getting projects off the ground. However, this year’s Sun-Moon conjunction in spontaneous Aries occurs three days before Mercury turns retrograde and five days before the Sun enters earthy Taurus. Therefore, we have a brief window of opportunity to ignite inspirational sparks that will soon require the fuel of patience and commitment to fan enduring flames of change.

Saturn retrograde is probably the least pleasant influence around.
My estimation is that, this not a fun period of time.
Saturn retrogrades into Virgo until May 30,
2010, it will then stop and move forward again over the same Virgo
territory, not reaching Libra until July 22.
During the period when Saturn is transiting retrograde, it is
essential that we go back and assess commitments made, and
projects started. We must focus on maturity and
responsibility involving self-mastery, health, and commitment to
service. Saturn is the taskmaster, the teacher, that teaches us, we must set up boundaries. With the transit back into Virgo we have the opportunity again to master those Virgoian lessons. This must be done before we can continue on with the Libra lessons of relationships.
Arguments and hostilities in a heated dangerous atmosphere will continue
over the new Health Care Reform. The same countries of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, India and Israel will continue to cause turmoil and havoc. Just more rehash, of the same things, we have been dealing with for the last six months. Are we learning lessons, or is this just tedious and boring? We have to move forward, out of this quagmire!

Pluto is so important and critical right now, I will leave this to the Experts!
I do note though, that Pluto will oppose Israel’s Venus from May 28th through June, 2010, the U.S. close in September and China’s Uranus from about that same period of May through September. Our interactions with these two countries are “always” critical. I dread Pluto going back over old territories/agendas ! Did we get it right the first time?
If not, Pluto will show us, ” how it is going to be done” !
Pluto retrogrades from April 6 at 10:34 p.m. EST until September 14 at
12:37 a.m. EST. The retrograde occurs at 5 degrees back to 2 degrees
of Capricorn
Pluto represents rebirth, regeneration, and transformation. He is our
compulsions, obsessions, ability for control, and empowerment. Pluto
gives us the power to tackle obstacles in life through deeply
understanding our situations, which results in our letting go and
being transformed in the process. Pluto’s process usually brings
endings, purging, destruction, complete annihilation of what no longer
works before a renewal can occur. The intensity of Pluto dredges up
old memories, emotions and situations from the past but also helps us
to let go of anything that no longer serves our personal growth. it is
a time to undergo an internal form of house cleaning.
Pluto tends to operate even more Plutonian when it is retrograde. It is far more intense, it possesses a higher degree of concentration and it, therefore, gives greater insights into the subconscious. Globally, Pluto’s
transit in Capricorn until 2023 may bring changes in government
systems, restructuring of proven but antiquated methods, issues with
security, and the like. Expect these issues to be extended to our
personal lives –
