It moves into Libra on July 22 ,2010. Saturn is exalted in Libra and
Venus ruled. It is concerned with relationships, balance and justice.
When Saturn turned retro, January 13, 2010, it gave us the
opportunity to go back and reorganize our life, ideas and plans.
It was supposed to help clear up frustrations, make important
decisions and learn from them! But, I see the problems, just
stacking up, and no decisions made about anything. That is a
pessimistic aspect of Saturn, but we still have not done our homework.
We have remained in too much limbo! But that is a symbol of a
Retrograde motion !
Once Saturn is in Libra it will be heading for the cardinal cross
with Pluto, Uranus & Jupiter –breaking up the stalemate/status qua that will set off more chaos, revolt, and roller coaster times. By fall, the shouts of the public, will be louder !
The turn of Saturn to direct motion can finally allow long-term projects to
move forward but, it is the taskmaster, teaching us lessons.
It means taking on more responsibility, endurance and perseverance,
hard work, attention, and ridding ourselves from fear.
It means too, getting our personal relationships in order . Are we going forward, in those partnerships ?
Saturn in Libra brings on the challenge of us thinking more seriously
about commitments, fairness in justice and equality, and
keeping a balancing act to our actions and decisions.
.By working with Saturn instead of resisting the lessons and by coming to a better understanding of our legal and moral obligations…, this will be an easy movement through this transit…….

I am beginning to be concerned with Obama’s progressed Sun, moving to Libra, and Saturn going direct in Libra on May 30th, 2010. There are too many pressures, to deal with, and is he delegating, too much? He and everything else is in for some rough roads ahead.

The Crisis Season and the Future of Europe
Europe is in crisis over the Euro. This situation keeps sending global
shares tumbling, reflecting the possibility of a wider crisis. South
Korea has just suspended trade with North Korea, in a crisis over the
deliberate sinking of a ship by nuclear-armed North Korea. The
oil-spill crisis off the US coast, the biggest ever, is over a month
old and the oil continues to escape. Many airlines have been thrown
into crisis by the volcanic ash coming from Iceland, which seemed to
ease off, then it started up again, now they’re saying it’s easing
off. The US is putting forward proposals for sanctions against Iran,
the latest move in a crisis that has lasted years.
What characterises most of these crises is that they keep going, with
no end in sight. Jupiter is rapidly approaching a conjunction with
Uranus, which enters a new sign on Thursday; a few weeks after that it
will begin to station, intensifying its presence. The crisis season is
far from over. It leads straight into the well-known cardinal t-square
of late July 2010, involving Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, Mars and Jupiter,
joined by the Moon and Venus a week later. This will be a time of deep
resolution of problems that have come to a head in the previous
months. It could also be a very problematic time, with events turning
against you unless you really know what you’re doing.

I do not like to think about Chiron, “the wounded healer”, and was going to dismiss it. However since the oil spill and Obama has Chiron in Pisces, guess it is “time” to think about it. The oil spill gets more tragic and causes more anger everyday. It is a wound, that will take years to heal. Since, Chiron was in Pisces in the 60’s, we may go back to a drug culture, which we are now experiencing with the drug wars at the Mexican border and troops in Afghanistan.
Chiron moved into Pisces on 20th April 2010 at 06.31 GMT / 20th
April at 01.31 Eastern Time / 19th April at 22.31 Pacific Time.
* Chiron Retrogrades back into Aquarius on 20th July 2010 at 09.42
/ 20th July at 04.42 Eastern Time / 20th July at 01.42 Pacific Time.
* Chiron re-enters Pisces on 8th February 2011 at 19.57 GMT / 8th

Time………..after which Chiron remains in Pisces until February 2019.
In its role as the Wounded Healer, Chiron shows where are deepest
wounds lie, and where we will find the keys to healing. A soul that
has experienced the intensity of experience in emotional or physical
pain has an opportunity to gain greater wisdom and a depth of
consciousness and awareness by delving deep into the wound that is not
available without these experiences.
Chiron is the guide on this journey, giving us the courage to open our
hearts despite the fear and pain that may make this process
excrutiatingly difficult in some cases.
Chiron was last in Pisces from 1962-1968, and it’s impossible to
separate the effects of this planetary cycle from the conjunction of
Uranus and Pluto which occurred during the same time period. But we
can certainly see how the growing drug culture at that time (Chiron in
Pisces) affected the social transformation of the era (Uranus/Pluto).
Chiron in Pisces runs the risk of addictive behavior which may
appear as a shortcut to the desired transcendent experience that helps
to dissolve pain and sufering.
With Chiron in Pisces for the next nine years or so, the last stage of
healing occurs at the soul level. This process began last year with
the conjunction of Chiron and Neptune, the ruler of Pisces. Under
this combination many of us were intensely aware of the longings of
the soul within. Memories of past loves; mourning for those we’ve
lost — all took on a more profound meaning as the doorway to the soul
opened under Neptune’s guidance so that the healing of Chiron could
begin to do its work.

May 23rd. Jupiter opposes Saturn: This is exact at 27:53 of Pisces
and Virgo. The influence is already being felt as these two big planets
move slowly and have been within five degrees since the beginning of
the month. We can feel their push/pull influences. We expand, and then contract.
How flexible, can we be ? We have to appreciate coming to middle ground, and gain balance in our lives. It just seems too long a process to me, and it is past time to move forward. However: the Universe wants us to reconsider and do things right!
Saturn, the teacher wants us to solidify experiences, in our lives, before we overstretch, as we have done in the past. We have to go through this in August too, but we will feel the affects—all year !
While we have the Jupiter/Saturn Opposition, we have had an on going Saturn/Uranus Opposition.
Uranus is trying to break up the old Established Patterns we have developed.
History repeating itself, from the years 1965 to 1967, should get very rebellious.
Anger and frustration keeps building to change the “Status Quo!”

The Saturn Uranus opposition, 2008 to 2010
The opposition repeats at later degrees of Virgo/Pisces on February 5
and September 15 2009, and on April 26 and July 26 2010 (0 degree
Libra/Aries). Given that the orbs of influence with slow-moving
planets mean we feel them before and after the aspects are exact, we
have a two year plus window of time in which these two planets oppose
each other. This happens every 45.4 years, and the last time was
1965-67 and before that, 1918-1920.

Jupiter enhances whatever it touches, and Uranus shakes off what’s limiting so there’s freedom and a sense of infinite possibility. Together they propel us forward on the evolutionary path. The Heading has got to have some changes too!
Just looking forward, to what we have to deal with the remainder of May.
The dramatic planet changes will lead us to a difficult August, through the fall.
I feel more anxiety, havoc, and turmoil will be ahead. We will take to the streets, just as Greece has. Pluto has brought out all the failings of our systems, and now, just work to change them, in the years ahead.
Mercury turns direct on May 11th. Jupiter opposes Saturn on May 23rd.
The Sagittarius Full Moon on May 27th takes place as Uranus enters
Aries. Big changes are in the air.
Saturn turns direct on the 30th, the day before Neptune turns
retrograde. Saturn turning direct, will start pushing the momentum for changes and more “reality” !

I am having my own “Uranus Moment”, and decided we needed a Heading Change—-”right now”!
The media’s focus on reality shows and other nonsense, has diverted our attentions to the important things that deal with our “real lives”. The media has accomplished its goal. But, that is changing too!
I believe Linda Schurman to be wonderful…
We are living in a time of intense confrontations with truths we must
face. This is not a time to escape or deny our responsibilities for
massive change in the world and in our civilizations highest
aspirations. Watching the funeral of 98 year- old Dorothy Height, I
was struck by the fact that this humble lady was historically one of
our country’s greatest leaders in the movements for civil rights and
freedoms. She founded the YWCA, backed Dr. Martin Luther King through
the 60s, was a major force in the women’s movement in the 70s and the
list goes on and on. Yet, how many of us knew about this great lady
in a media dominated by headlines about Tiger Wood’s sex life and
which politician was “outed” last week.
How many other great human beings are the most courageous, the most
intelligent, the most loving among us who are quietly working every
day for what lies beyond our grasp and exists in the realms of the
divine?
I think many people are just beginning to come out of their coma and
recognize that the greatest opportunity is often present when things
seem to be the most impossible. We must know that we know nothing.
At that point, we are at the threshold of everything.
