An interesting project to do, is to look back and see how Saturn in Libra affected you in its past transit ? I was dealing with the passing of a husband and the balancing the joint finances ! vermont calling – fascinating story of the bat in your house and the link you provided to bat symbolism.. when we lived out on the westcoast of the island in a small community west of victoria the cabin we lived in which we rented was right on the water, no electricity or running water, and bats flew around the cabin always when the sun would set.. they are a very secretive creature it seems, but i found that link with info really interesting to read..
i found a pic of where we lived by searching under sandcut creek.. the original name for the creek was sandstone, which is how i got the handle sandstone way back when at astrodatabank and etc… one of the reasons i think the bats liked the spot was it was hidden in darkness for much of the day and only in the evening would we get some sun! often in the summer the fog gathers in this area of the juan de fuca straight, so we don’t necessarily get even a sunset either! but in this pic no fog appears! the cabin in the pic is where i lived from 88 for about 15 years.. it was a good hour commute to victoria..

I’ve learned not to take any of the Israeli’s supposed battles between many of them seriously.
They’ve been known to be in cahoots, have a strategy session beforehand on who says what, and how they’ll vote, and what to release to the media.
Many times Bibi uses this as being able to say something he was supposedly for,then it gets voted down in the Knesset, which he knew all along it would.
This strategy is used a lot when it comes to Bibi’s promises to the US and EU especially in relation to the Palestinians.Makes Bibi look like the good son , and the Knesset the rotten brothers.
I do think much of it is spin and they know exactly what’s going to take place with the budget vote,what funds will be allotted to who.

A referendum on a new AV voting system in the UK will take place on May 5th next year. It isn’t full proportional representation which tends to favour a party rather than an individual but may be fairer than first past post (as far as I understand it which isn’t too far.)
What’s around on May 5 is a stuck Saturn square Pluto, with a controlling Sun trine Pluto and a disruptive Pluto square Uranus plus an upbeat Mars Jupiter in Aries – so you can take your pick. I’d be inclined to suspect NO will be the answer. The UK’s 11th house Saturn in Leo which represents the legislature has nothing much aspecting it – and is anyway like the UK very fixed and thus slow to change. Tr Pluto is at that point exactly square the UK Ascendant heading towards the nadir/IC which again feels very stuck.
I would think with tr Saturn also just past the square to the UK Sun most people will think there are other things to worry about.
Just to catch up on David Cameron. He has that panicky, failure-ridden tr Neptune opposition his Mars again late July/ Aug 2010 and repeating for the final time in Jan 2011; with tr Neptune conjunct his Solar Arc Sun into 2011/12. So he’s feeling none too solid.

That comment about Obama’s “reforming tendencies” gave me a good laugh. Makes me wonder about the media in Britain. Obama has a tight natal Saturn Uranus quincunx. The only thing that’s been reined in since his campaign if not the cradle is his Uranus.
I looked at the chart for the Democratic party several months ago. At the time, I didn’t see anything indicating a defeat or a significant loss like losing the House.
The GOP chart on the other hand has very difficult transits: Saturn is still conjunct natal Mars, squares the Sun, and is quincunx Uranus and Neptune. This looks to me like the Republicans are shooting themselves in the foot thereby helping the Democrats by doing the very things that will get them rejected by the voters. If you accept the TOB, it puts transiting Saturn right on the Ascendant square Sun and MC. The TOB purportedly being noon, I discount the transits to the angles.
Having said that, I know it’s counter intuitive but with all the Saturn action, it could mean the Republicans will take control of at least one of the chambers. But after looking at the Democratic party’s chart and the Obama inaugural chart as well, the preponderance of the evidence suggests 2010 will not be like 1994 when the Democrats lost control of Congress.

And definitely no mention of the most recent allegations that Blackwater has been involved with assassination squads. Instead, we get Allison Stanger’s quote–alluding to contractors doing the actual killing, but never actually spelling that out for those who don’t read Jeremy Scahill (or, frankly, Erik Prince).
And then, after alluding to the CACI interrogators who avoided the legal consequences the Abu Ghraib guards paid, after alluding to Blackwater’s fueling of chaos but not mentioning its many legal problems, only then does this story say,
Misconduct happens, too.
Which, grammatically and logically, suggests the CACI and Blackwater crimes were not actually misconduct.
And even here there’s some real fudging. According to the WaPo, there was only one contractor involved in the Duke Cunningham story: MZM. (And even there, WaPo makes no mention of MZM’s involvement in CIFA’s spying on American citizens.) No mention of the other contracting scandal exposed in the Duke Cunningham case, wherein the third most senior guy at CIA, Dusty Foggo, went to jail for sending contracts to his childhood buddy Brent Wilkes in exchange for prostitutes and–possibly–a plush job after he left the CIA. That kind of revolving door corruption is one of the real and repeated problems with reliance on contractors. The such a senior person at CIA sold out security for an expensive whore ought to serve as a cornerstone for this morality tale. But according to the WaPo, it didn’t happen.
And that’s how the miracle of modern MSM editing presents the downsides of contractors as largely disembodied chaos rather than security contracts getting doled out for reasons that have nothing to do with security, rather than contractors abusing their quasi-immune status to engage in really counterproductive crimes.”"
